In 1997 Pheromone started to bring in a diverse mix of samples, fat dirty bass lines and wicked synth leads into their music, metamorphosing from an experimental funk band into live electronica.

Today Pheromone are led by Producer/Drummer, Dan Rizeman and deliver groovy dance tunes with a fresh and funky flavor.

Now based in Byron Bay, Pheromone play as a live solo or duo electronica act as well as a 3-4 piece live electronic act with live Drums and percussion, synths, samplers, a multitude of sound effect processors as well as other live and electronic instruments and special guests ranging from sax woodwind and brass, didgeridoo, rappers and singers, string instruments and a vast array of other instruments and things that make sound as well as dancers and performance art.
