Yoga is union. Union of body, mind and spirit using the breath and physical poses. Kaz is a certified yoga teacher with a fun and dynamic style.She teaches classes in various styles in Byron Bay and regularly teaches retreats within Australia and overseas.
The following is a list of the styles that Kaz teaches:
Astanga for beginners--an abbreviated version of Astanga series one. This is a dynamic form of yoga developing strength and stamina, using a set series of poses.
Dynamic Yoga--also develops strength and stamina, but with varied postures. Suitable for beginners and practiced students.

Yoga for Surfers--Yoga to stretch and strengthen muscles used specifically for surfing. Emphasis is on back care and developing lung capacity.
Kaz also teaches privately in your own home or holiday accommodation and can develop a program specifically suited for the individual. Private tuition can be for up to 5 people.

The practice schedule during the camel trek will be advised at a later date.

VENUE

The retreat is held in Rajastan in a small place called Nawalgarh, accommodation is in a beautiful Raj palace in desert surroundings waith a swimming pool. Camel trek accommodation in large Raj tents. Includes three vegitarian meals a day. The group will meet in Delhi and transport will be organised to Rajastan.
