Fins at Byron Bay is an award winning restaurant run by Chef Steve Snow.
It graces Byron with sumptious food, excellent staff and a beautiful dining environment.
The restaurant's produce is local, mainly coming from the Steven's home in
the Byron Hinterland. The colours of the food follow Asian, African, Portuguese
and bush-food influences. Seafood dishes are a specialty at Fins and some patrons consider
it to be the best seafood restaurant in the country. There is a strong emphasis on healthy,
and fresh produce so that one is left buzzing and returning for further culinary delights.

Welcome to our restaurant.

At Fins we attempt to cook food in an innovative and nutritious manner. To achieve this we use fresh local herbs (often from my home), spices wines and pastes. Our seafood is fresh and local. Whenever possible our fish is line-caught.

Fins cuisine is not traditional, but rather my interpretation of the best flavours and cooking methods discovered during my Australian and overseas travel.

As all food is cooked to order, at times you may experience a delay for which we apologise. Our wine list has been compiled to enhance the menu.
Fins is a family restaurant but really you are a guest in our home.

Happy dining.
Steven Snow and staff.
